The Central Signposting Index, known as CSI, has a huge database of 3 million genealogical records which could help you in your search. It contains records of births, baptisms and marriages as well as Griffiths Valuation and the 1901 census details for the following counties:
 
Derry, Donegal, Caven, Armagh, Limerick and Leitrim Fermanagh and Mayo, Sligo, Tyrone and Wexford.
