The fascinating home to more than 700 species is situated 3km from Dublin city centre.

Stretching over 30 acres of magnificent Phoenix Park the zoo is home to more than 700 species of animals and tropical birds including primates, polar bears, snowy owls and rare Arctic foxes.

There is the opportunity to join the "Meet the Keeper" programme every day and see the fabulous monkey islands.

Dublin Zoo is open every day of the week. Entrance begins at 9.30am from Monday to Saturday and at 10.30am on Sundays. The zoo closes every evening at 6pm

Entrance fees are £6.30 for adults and £3.70 for children and senior citizens. Family tickets range from £18.50 - £23.50 and group rates are available on request.
